FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ANY DESIGN OF TOMORROW PRODUCT! WE ARE THE MEMBER OF ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORK INSTITUTE (AWI) AND APPROVED BY QUALITY CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (QCP)!

I. Description of Warranty

Design of Tomorrow warrants it's products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. Should any Design of Tomorrow products fail in the course of normal use due to defects within the wood of craftsmanship during this period, we will replace the defective item at its own discretion. This warranty is not transferable.

II. Description of defects in Product

Natural variations in the color or texture of the wood are not be considered defects. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, chips, normal wear and tear or modified after their original installation, ro damage or de-lamination caused by excessive heat or moisture. The product must be used exclusively for its intended purpose in order to be covered by this warranty. 

Woodwork must be inspected upon arrival. All doors must be properly seal on all surfaces, including top and bottom edges. to prevent the absorption of moister. We will not be responsible for defects resulting from neglect of the precautions or the environment.

III. Repair or Replacement of Product

Design of Tomorrow agrees withing a period of 5 years after delivery date or installation date, to repair or replace without charge any woodwork which is defective within the meaning of this guarantee. We do not agree to be responsible for any work which was not originally performed by us. We do not warrant against conditions or malfunctions due to the failure to exercise normal maintenance, nor against the consequences of uses for which our products were not designed and from malfunctions resulting from neglect, abuse or accident.

Due to the aging process of natural wood products, Design of Tomorrow can not guarantee an exact match between the finish of the existing purchased product and its replacement.

IV. Rights of Consumer

This page serves as a description of your specific legal rights within this transaction and the exclusive warranty of Design of Tomorrow. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are associated with this product.

V. Submission of Claim

All claims must be submitted in writing. Please do not send the defective item unless and until the item is expressly requested by our claims department.
